HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Just wanted to remind you to check out the newsletter I sent out on Dec 30 titled
Birding again in 2021.
Otherwise, I am preparing for 2021 which I feel will turn around and be the best year ever.
Vaccine programs are being rolled out, the US will get a new president, there will be presidential elections in Peru, the people have learned that life on earth is fragile and hopefully pass this over to also care for the planet, and on a personal level birding tours are resumed and I will run my best marathon ever in Berlin in September.
I am cooking with optimism. There are so many things I would like to do, learn and explore this year, so I did a compilation of my New Year's resolution on my personal blog. Click on the link.
52 weeks of resolutions.
Rather than doing a number of yearlong commitments that I likely will fail, I decided to plan 52 shorter one week projects - and one big one (The Sub 3h Marathon).
It may seem there is very little bird related, but many skills I want to acquire are related to the birding business as I want to learn how to catalogue and process my bird pictures, learn languages to talk to the local people on international birding trips and learn about the culture of the destinations.
To be able to reach larger audiences with our 7 Wonder Birding Tours I need more skills in marketing and how to run the business, when it will start growing like mad in 2021 😎
In any case, hope you find something that is useful for you too. What NewYear's Resolutions have are you doing? What do you think of my approach.
