Already vaccinated? Come to Peru for affordable birding in April!

Hello ,

I guess there are quite a few people who have already gotten their COVID shots. Meanwhile, Peru is open with COVID policies in place and travel restrictions only over the Easter holiday.

After Easter travel can resume. However, we have ZERO bookings for April.

I'd like to take the opportunity to continue to develop our three novel projects in detail during April with some birding opportunities as well.

I invite you to come along for full guiding between April 5-30 for only $150/day in Central Peru. This fee covers guiding, transport and breakfast and lunch in field. Hotel and dinners are additional (and very inexpensive in Central Peru). Also additional are any entrance fees or special costs for pelagics.

Flight prices to Peru can be extremely low right now! For example: If you fly with just hand luggage on Easter Saturday from Miami, you can fly for on $288 via Mexico City. Wow!

Requirements for entry in Peru.

Negative PCR test max 72h prior to flight to Peru.
Negative antigen when entering Peru. Easily obtainable at airport or elsewhere in Lima.
Not visited Brazil, South Africa, or the UK the last 14 days.
Sign a health declaration

Additionally, all of our staff will take an antigen test prior to departure. Hence, our group will be a bubble. It shall be easy to keep the distance to other people while we are out birding, as well as in restaurants and hotels which abide to the COVID policies.

As you can see we are preparing for the Global Big Day in May.
I think Satipo road has a very good potential to give an amazing BIG DAY with over 300 species. The more species we can stake out in this recce the better.
