Hey , at 4.35am the light was pouring through. And an open loop (more about this below) lifted me out of bed. Last night we celebrated the longest day here in the UK. We don't drink anymore, so we shared a bottle of coke and watched a film (Lone Survivor - Great film if you like tense
action) We then went outside and watched the light fade until 11.30pm. There was a feeling of ceasing the day that filled the air. And this hasn't let up running into Friday (that's when I write these emails to you) So I was up super early! In the studio by 5am. Planning a fingerstyle arrangement of Killing Me Softly by Roberta
Flack. I started writing the chorus yesterday and the verse was whizzing around my head this morning. When I start the day this early I always feel amazingly productive. I finished that song and I wrote a Celtic fingerstyle arrangement (O'Carolan's Journey To Cashel) and planned a rhythm guitar lesson. Looking back over my email perhaps drinking coke all night could have been the reason
for my early rise! But we've got to have some vices right? I'll let you know when these new lessons are ready for release. Have a great weekend and keep on playing,
