Back to strumming with a pick. It's often overlooked by new guitarists and here's why:


When a guitarist is playing most people look at their fretting hand. That's the one moving up and down the neck and changing chords.


However, the fretting hand maybe moving the most but it's only 50% of the performance. 


The other 50% is in the strumming hand.


This should NOT be overlooked when learning guitar.
