with some online companies it feels like every response you get is automated.

I often get students replying to my emails saying, is this actually you Drue or am I talking to a robot?

It seems strange because I personally answer emails from online students every morning. And YES!!! It is me!

Between student and teacher there should always be transparent and clear communication. It makes no difference if you're learning online or not.

It could be a question about a Premium Course or a song request. If it's about guitar playing I will reply.

While LGIL is still growing, the teacher who made the lessons is not farming his student services else where.
