Hi ,
Happy first day of Spring!
Mother Nature has shown up here in London. The sun has been shining for the past few days, the bees are buzzing around and the daffodils are blooming. It truly feels like Spring has arrived and I couldn't be happier about it!
There is a lot happening in the world so we need to embrace small pleasures when and where we can.
Because the weather affects my mood, I become noticebly more energised at this time of the year. Also, my birthday is next month and that adds to my excitement.
I'm using my words for the year (Simplicity and Ease) to maintain balance as I resurface from my Winter hibernation.
My mind is overflowing with ideas and I'm feeling motivated to get going with some of the intentions I set at the start of the year. Sadly, my body is not as malleable as my mind; it currrently feels like a plank of wood so physical health is a priority for me right
now.
My website is another focus for me this year. I have been logged out of Instagram since late last year and I have no desire to return regularly. However, I still want to share journaling prompts, tips and resources so I've started writing for my blog again.
As Spring is associated with new beginnings and fresh starts, today felt like the perfect time to publish my first blog post, in what feels like forever.
