How was October for you?
Here in London, the clocks have gone back which means longer nights and darker mornings.
I am not a fan of the colder, damper, darker weather however, I'm trying to make a conscious effort to close 2019 on a brighter note, especially as I was recently reminded that not only are we approaching a new year, but also a whole new decade.
Despite uncertainty around the world, and actually in my own life, I can't help feeling excited. It feels like I'm being given a brand new canvas to create and manifest whatever I chose to. And the same goes for you too.
How are you feeling about the recent and upcoming changes: a new season, new year and new decade?
