How are you?
When I sat down to write to you, I wasn't sure whether or not to mention Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I even considered referring to it as "the C word" but that didn't sit right with me.
I didn't want this email to dwell on the past few months, as I'm conscious you've probably had a lot of emails talking about how 2020 is currently shaping up.
At the same time, however, I didn't want it to be the proverbial "elephant in the room" because in one way or another, it's currently impacting all of our lives.
I won't go into my own experience of the past few months, other than to say it's been an emotional rollercoaster as it has been for most people I know and have spoken with.
I'm aware that everyone is currently dealing with daily life in their own way and finding their own rythym so I'm literally popping into your inbox to share a few things that have helped me to stay upbeat and maintain positive vibes. I hope you'll also find them

As you already know, I'm a huge advocate of journaling and self-care and I believe both can be really beneficial at times like this, when faced with change and uncertainty.
