You may have heard of it before, or even referred to it by different names, but I like to call it Two Question Coaching. You, yes you, can practice this in almost every type of relationship situation in which you find yourself. No, I did not come up withy this originally, but I have used it for
over 30 years in my own life and in the lives of countless others whom I have coached.
Before you try it, you must know the rules... yes, there are rules!
Rule #1 - You can only answer Question #1 with "yes" or "no"!
Rule #2 - Regardless of your answer to #1, you ask the same question #2!
Want to know the two questions? I thought about making you watch the video but thought that might be perceived as cruel and unusual punishment. So here's the two questions:
#1 - Were you happy with the outcome?
Be honest and truthful with yourself with a "yes" or "no" answer only
#2 - What would you do differently?
Be ready to identify something you could do differently,
regardless of your answer to #1
Watch the video if you want a full explanation. Reach out if you want to discuss further. This is NOT rocket
science and should not be overcomplicated. It is profoundly simple, and it just plain works! (I do give some examples in the video.)
