3️⃣ 1️⃣If something feels right for you, it’s right you don’t need
justification or someone else’s permission.
3️⃣ 2️⃣Treat others as you’d like to be treated yourself - this is a big
one of mine
3️⃣ 3️⃣ People’s actions rather than their words show their true values
3️⃣ 4️⃣Don’t put things off there might not be another time or opportunity , and there definitely won’t be THAT one
again.
3️⃣ 5️⃣Money can always be made again, “that time” can’t ….
3️⃣ 6️⃣The only thing that can’t be controlled, stopped or repeated is time
3️⃣ 7️⃣Sometimes, just occasionally, stop and see what things in your day are happening on automatic pilot, and could do with a bit more “manual choice” , be it reduction or
addition
3️⃣ 8️⃣Try 5x 5 second breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth - you could be surprised how
much better you feel and how automatic/shallow your breathing could have been
3️⃣ 9️⃣Intermittent Fasting can have
some benefits to blood sugar management and hormonal health, but an overlooked one is sometimes we eat “just because” it’s meal time and we don’t always have to
4️⃣0️⃣ If you want to make the best and most of your time, consider this;
Average age in UK is 80, workout how many years that is from where you are , then multiply that by 365.
God willing you last the course, but rather than using a standard calendar, create one for that number of days and tick them off, going down - I guarantee you’ll appreciate things more and won’t sweat the small stuff with that perception and reality.
