but I defo have a poor tolerance to alcohol and sleep (though they both affect each other moreso now!!!)
Anyhow, I've put together 50 thoughts and tips around life and health to celebrate my 50 years on Earth yesterday, and here's Part 2 - hope some help/give thought.....
1️⃣1️⃣ If you can do something today, that will save time ‘tomorrow’ and can do it - do it!

day when energy and motivation is higher
1️⃣3️⃣ Looking to set a new habit/routine? What's ONE thing you need to do LESS of for this to happen more often?
1️⃣4️⃣ Looking to set a new habit/routine? What's ONE thing you need to do MORE of for this to happen more often? (Ditch multiple thoughts go simple with these 2, rinse and repeat!)
1️⃣5️⃣ Often feel tired in the morning? Look at your
current evening routine and food/drink for clues.
1️⃣6️⃣ Often feel tired in the evening? Look at your current daily routines and food/drink choices for clues.
1️⃣7️⃣ The more we 'think' (about things), it's likely the more stress and anxiety we create. Our brain is programmed to take what we think and find 'more of it' facts or not ...
1️⃣8️⃣ Take Time out for you in a day, nobody will give it to you
1️⃣9️⃣ Find yourself saying "This isn’t working" around a food or exercise plan? It likely does, what possibly isn't working is the consistency or simplicity of how you're implementing it, keep things simple until repetitive.
2️⃣0️⃣ Life and progress is never a straight line- even when things are going great, there will be pit stops, but those pit stops ARE temporary. Don't expect ongoing success all the time, and therefore get disillusioned by it, that's not the journey of life!
