- Do you know where weightloss goes?
So we all know, and hopefully appreciate that weightloss comes from being in a consistent calorie deficit - that's the easy part, knowing of
course!
🤔But where, or how does that weight leave our body?
You might be surprised to hear that most of it comes from
breathing and via carbon dioxide exhaled.
Say we lose 10kg of fat, 8.4kg comes out through our lungs, the other 1.6kg
is turned into water and removed as urine, sweat etc.
