So I'm currently recruiting for 2 Men or Women over 40 that have over a stone to lose and are wanting/needing to improve consistent;
- Energy and
Mood
- Hormonal Symptoms (likely female, but who knows?!)
- Weight and waistline
- Overall health and wellbeing to give some more daily oomph
Those that are

to get some more background info on what's working, what's not etc, and these 4 (funnily enough the main 4 areas I focus on) keep coming up as areas not happening consistently (1 or more);
✅ 1.5+ Litres water a
day
✅ Some form of Protein with all meals
✅ Workouts aside, regularly moving to over 7,000 steps a day
✅ Sleeping 8 hours a night
