After 2 years, the JLPT is coming back to York University! If you're interested in taking the JLPT, the official test date for 2022 is Sunday, December 4th at York University. Registration. Good news for those interested in visiting Japan! Starting September 7th, the country will be letting in travellers from all countries and will be raising the daily arrival cap to 50,000. This means sponsored visitors who are not travelling in a tour group will be allowed entry into the country for travel and tourism
purposes, as long as they have a travel agency they can contact if they contract covid-19. As well, travellers with 3 doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccine will no longer be required to take a PCR test prior to arrival as of September
