I gave what I hope was a gentle response, about how angels wish well to even evil spirits, leaving off the part that is too big a stretch for me. That is the assurance that angels would gladly change places with the lowest devils if they could. Yeah, can't handle that one. I doubt I have what it takes to donate a kidney.
The question lingered with me all morning. While I do not consider myself one who would have attended events at the Colosseum, if I am honest there are moments when I entertain scenarios in which I am the victor. They are fleeting, but they have an appeal. The rancid kind of appeal of junk food at a stadium.
As I understand it, heavenly love becomes a way of the heart. It is not a faucet that turns cold for this person and hot for another, or can even turn off for that matter.
