When I was teaching my young kids learning how to write, I noticed their lack of dexterity. I'd get on the internet and look for fun ways to build their fine motor skills. Have you ever tried Pin Poking? It is one of the most popular methods used by Montessori teachers to increase focus, concentration, and fine motor skills in children. I'd like to share a set of free printable worksheets and activities your kids will love!

Since Spring is around the corner, flowers are making a come back! Many preschool students often are lacking in small motor skills and pin poking is a great way to build their fine motor and confidence as they prepare for writing in the school years ahead. This is recommended for ages 5 and up with supervision.
