I often wonder what my day would feel like if I could start it from a place of being happy. To wake up in the morning being open to what
makes my heart sing. So the question that arises is, what do I awaken to that allows me to start from happy?
My answer(s); the soft breathing of my husband next to me; being warm and cozy in my bed under the covers; the faint sound of birds outside; the quality of light in the room; the smell of fresh air through the open window; the sound of my slow and easy breathing; my relaxed and rested body; being grateful for my life; the art work hanging on the walls; the colors in the
room; the Joseph Campbell quote by my bed; walking into my sacred creative space; writing, meditating, practicing the ground of my being; starting my day from a place of gentle re-entry; starting from happy.
