Sometimes your dog may have eaten something indigestible, and his tummy may be a bit bloated and gassy!
To relieve this type of mild digestive distress, ginger essential oil is very helpful and effective. Here is a recipe you can try:
You Need:
- 3 drops Ginger essential oil (Zingiber officinale)
- 2 drops Roman chamomile essential oil (Chamaemelum nobile)
- 1 drop Peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita)
- 30 ml (1 oz) carrier oil (e.g. jojoba oil)
Instructions:
- Blend essential oils into the carrier oil.
- Shake bottle to mix well.
- To apply, put a few drops of the blend on your palm, and gently rub the oil blend on your dog's tummy.
