HALSEY FESTIVAL 2019
It's about to go down... downtown that is! Halsey Festival is back for its fifth consecutive year hosted by Rutgers University-Newark... but it has been 10 years since the festival debuted as a community block party showcasing the art of Jerry Gant who we've lost in the last year, local restaurants and cultural institutions! The premise has remained the same... show
