One thing that was not mentioned in today’s Pele report but was still woven into the fabric of it is the Mercury/north node/Chiron conjunction, which is happening now as Mercury stationed direct conjunct the north node last week (at 15 degrees) and will exactly conjunct Chiron (at 21 degrees) next Monday. It does add another layer of depth to the mantra for this week, as following through no matter how hard it gets may include getting or giving some unpleasant news, hard conversations, or deep psychological work/healing. In the fiery sign of Aries, there may be sudden outbursts you’d like to make, or someone lays on you.

With Mars also in Aries, I think we just have to face the fact that there is a lot of anger, frustration and upset going on all over the place. Whether it’s demonstrations of the various wars, economy, borders, or any of the other many problems facing society today, a lot is going on to digest, live with, and hopefully come to terms with such that you can still maintain some peace of mind. This aspect asks us to speak our truth, assert ourselves, and not run off to hide. So, in this case, it may be that part of our evolution at this time is to stir things up and not be afraid to make it a little harder for others if that is what is called for rather than making it harder for ourselves. Know what I mean?

There was a lot to pack into today’s report as a couple of themes arose side by side. First is the fixed nature of today’s Moon in 3/4 to the Sun in Taurus. Resolve is a keyword when it comes to either breaking free from the old, establishing the new, or repairing what has been broken. It’s a good word, but it takes determination, commitment, willpower, tenacity, and more sometimes.

With Pluto stationing to go direct, we’ll get a little break from the lord of the underworld as he is busy changing gears. Can you imagine evolution (symbolized by Pluto) stopping? It can actually symbolize a good time to reach a still point within, calm the emotional/karmic waves, and breathe before we keep on keeping on, as the mantra states.

So this is a good time to build. Whether it is your website, bank account, relationship, home, or otherwise, Taurus is the builder. Slow and steady progress can be made on many fronts, and if you do it right, the new Moon next week conjunct Jupiter and Uranus could really pay off. You got this!
