Email us using the CONTACT form and give us your email address (please be careful to spell everything accurately so we don't bounce) and the name of the course you're requesting. Rachel will then have to manually add you to the request list, so please be patient with this step. Sometimes she's really just eating a nectarine or reading with the kids, but we will be prompt, I promise.
Watch for the email from us asking you to confirm your request - and then click the link to opt in. Shortly thereafter you'll receive the content in you inbox. (Please note, especially gmail users, that sometimes these emails end up in bulk, spam or "promotions" folders. Do check there if you don't see it right away!)
