Give Freedom for the Holidays!
by Oliver DeMille

From a certain point of view, there are really three kinds of governments:

  1. Those that seek to dominate and control everyone and everything
  2. Those that publicly applaud freedom but still seek to grow and grow in an attempt to fix as many problems as possible
  3. Those that prize freedom and are limited to protecting people from domestic crime and international attack--believing that other problems can be better solved by private people and entities rather than central government

America was founded as #3, and in modern times it has degenerated into #2.

The problem for those of us alive today, and our children and grandchildren, is that unless we restore a truly free society we're going to continue to watch our nation, economy, and standard of living decline.

One of the most important questions of our time is, how can we become a #3 nation again? Can we?

Would Congress ever allow it?

Or, to combine these questions, what would it take for Congress to allow the United States to stop being a social-style #2 and become a free #3?

The answer, the only answer, is that we have #2 because a majority of the American people think this is the best option.

Make no mistake: we have the government we've elected. The people have the power, and the people have spoken. That's why we have the #2 government we have.

Like it or hate it, the American voters have chosen it.

To change this, Americans have to make a different choice. They have to change their minds. They have to decide that Free Government is better than Centralized Control and Relief.

How can we get a majority of Americans to make this change?

That's what Orrin Woodward and I wrote about in our New York Times, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal bestselling book LeaderShift.

This is an incredibly important book.

If you haven't read it, now is the time!

If you are giving anyone a gift for the holidays, this book is the gift!

Give the gift of freedom.

Nothing else measures up!

This book really is that important. When you make your gift list this year, fill it with freedom.
