We're all grounded... so to speak. It seems we've got a bit more to go of staying in, so I wanted to share some information with you about getting grounded in your body. Right now, giving yourself optimal self care is one of the best things you can do!
Now that everyone is at home, it's really easy to head to the fridge, isn't it? It's one of the issues many of my entrepreneurs have faced, and here's what I share with them...
Do not give your body extra work to do
• less sugar
• reduce stress
Begin regulating your body, as best you can
• breathe often + deeply
• measure your food
Get back to basics
• take a walk
• stop and smell the roses
