I expect a hybrid meeting. Those who wish to attend in person can do so at the American Legion Hall in Council (2046 US-95
Council, ID 83612) which is just across the street from the Courthouse. For those who want to attend remotely, we think we’ll be able to use Zoom.
How well that will work we don’t know (we’ll be using a mobile wifi hotspot and we simply don’t know how good the bandwidth will be) so we should expect speed bumps. We hope that if there isn’t enough bandwidth, those attending remotely can do so without video or by calling the Zoom phone number on the invitation.
