As you are no doubt aware I am adding a new dimension to my business with Transformational Life Coaching and I had the pleasure of meeting up with some of my colleagues from my coaching course.  We met at The Grove in Watford and what an amazing place – pure luxury x 
It was great to mix with these amazingly inspirational women and discuss issues that are related to my new business and gain new insights and ideas to move my business to a new level.

Going alone is not only hard but also takes so much more effort and having accountability buddies to help push you forward is definitely the way to go.

The new Pil-Robics class kicked off last week and it was a ball!!  Such great enthusiasm and energy exuded from the class and it was great fun too.

This new class mixes Pilates with fat burning exercises using aerobics to get your heart rate pounding into the fat burning zone, releasing masses of your feel-good hormones.  You then move to the floor to really get to the crux of working on your core so it’s a complete whole body workout and it only takes 45 minutes!!

I just love running these sessions and seeing the amazing results and hearing the success stories that come in thick and fast from the participants.

Here are some of the results that were achieved on the January boot camp of which you can’t help but be impressed with….

KR Lost 10 lbs and another 5 1/2 inches
JH Lost a massive 9 lbs and 7 3/4 inches
VW Lost 25cm and in just 2 months has lost an overall 45 cm and 1 STONE 
LH Lost 7 lbs and 2% fat
LS Lost 3 inches
JD Lost 3 inches
SP Lost 4 lbs and 3 1/2 inches

I had some wonderful feedback from a newbie to the boot camp and wanted to share this with you so you can truly see all the benefits that you can achieve when you join up.

“I wanted to say thank you for the help and incentive you have given me to get off my 'backside'.  

I followed your dietary suggestions to the letter, so much so that vege chili and bean balls have been very prominent.  Not an ounce of dairy has passed my lips (except natural yoghurt which I understand is allowed) and I haven't had any wheat at all.  I noticed after the end of the second week that my brain was definitely working faster.  …… I'm really pleased with the results and it has certainly spurred me on to keep going….”  JH

I am away next week for a couple of weeks.  I am flying off to Sydney for another seminar with my new Coaching course and for a bit of R&R.

My new trainer Joe, will be taking care of the classes and boot camps so no need to worry about losing your momentum whilst I’m gone!!
