Don't ask me how but...

Hi

I headed off last week for my penultimate trip linked to my Transformational Coaching course and this took me to the romantic City of Paris.  Isn’t this the City where you get to meet your dream lover?  Well, for me this time it wasn’t to be, however I did bump into my big brother!
I spent 2 days holed up in a hotel conference room with my international entrepreneurial friends, tweaking and refining my coaching skills so I can be of bigger and better service to you.

Hitting 50 last year was the catalyst that propelled me into a world of travel, adventure and learning.  I have been pushed to my limits as far as technology is concerned, stretched way out of my comfort zone in terms of becoming visible as a Transformational Coach and had my old beliefs ripped open and questioned until I was sure that they were aligned with the new me.

My world has become an even more exciting arena now I KNOW what my life’s purpose is and I know EXACTLY where I am directing my life.

I can help you to become stronger in your physical core, show you simple ways to massively increase your energy levels (and lose weight if that is your goal) AND give you the tools you need to make your life an exciting, purposeful and successful journey.

This week marks the end of an era for my 4-year old Sullington Fitness Pilates Class because I sadly had to close it.  As much as I enjoyed running this class, the decision to stop is because of the limited numbers and my accountant advising me that it simply was no longer viable.

Thank you to ALL the wonderful people I met at this class who brought along so much fun and support.  You are, of course, very welcome to come along and join in with my Monday evening class in Fittleworth Village Hall (6.15 – 7.15 pm) that is also held as a drop-in session.

The other classes are all healthy and going strong and for those of you who attend these sessions, please continue with your valued feedback so I can nip and tuck accordingly and help you to grow stronger and carry on smiling!!!

As you by now know, the boot camps are run on a monthly basis and it never ceases to amaze me how far into the year we are with each new boot camp I announce.

We have just finished the 5th Boot Camp of the year !! (how did that happen???)

Are you ready for your summer holiday?
Do you feel confident to strut your stuff on the beach or by the pool?

If you want to drop a dress (or belt) size and tone up for your body, then jump into the next boot camp that begins next week.

Boot camp challenges every muscle in your body and with little rest in between each set you're working harder whilst hardly even noticing.

It's for the strong, the weak, the fit, and the not so fit. There is no discrimination, as long as you have the will to finish what you started.

Still not sure?  Then get in touch for a chat at [email protected]

JUNE BOOT CAMP 01/02 June – 25th June
Have a fabulous weekend

See you soon

Best wishes
Julie
