This actually feels so empowering!

Hi 

When I was a young girl I used to say “when I grow up I’m going to …..”.    I then became a young woman and used the phrase “when I get enough money I’m going to ……”.   Now I use the expression “when I’m ready (have time) I’m going to…..”.

Do you resonate with this?

Did you actually get to do those wonderful things you dreamed of?

I was walking my dog Minnie the other morning, having my usual chat with myself when I caught myself saying “soon I’m going to …..”.
That night I made a point of writing a comprehensive list of all the things that I have been ‘going to do’ in my journal.  My next task was to prioritise, quantify, work out the cost of and then give each one a target date.

This actually feels so empowering because these things have now become a reality and they are now in my mind as part of my plan of life.

When you KNOW what you want and you know EXACTLY the ins and outs of how to get it, then the rest is just a case of following the steps to get there.

This seems like an obvious statement but I am sure that for many of us, these dreams and desires can live in your head and never come to fruition.  How sad is that !!!

I have a couple of spaces currently in the Petworth class and this is held on a Tuesday morning 9.30 – 10.30 am.  The sessions are in the usual 6-week terms and this particular class is held just before Tasha’s Pil-robics class (a mixture of aerobics and Pilates) so you could even stay for a double-whammy of exercise if you fancy it!
Pilates is obviously the most fabulous mode of exercise however it doesn’t quite cut-it on the weight loss front.  This is why Tasha started up this ¾ hour class to complement the precision of Pilates, and has you sweating away the pounds.

Currently, there is no need to book; you need a comfy and supportive pair of trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel to wipe away the “glow”!!!

The Pil-robics class is held every Tuesday 10.45 – 11.30am in the upstairs hall at the Leconfield Hall in Petworth (the huge building in the middle of the square).
Holiday season has pretty much arrived so I want to make it super easy for you to come along to the boot camp and get the most from your sessions.

Now, usually these 4-week boot camps are run purely as a 4-week program but I understand that when holidays interrupt then you get put-off joining for the month.

So, here is the plan…….

The next 3-month boot camp package dates are:

July     29/30 June – 23rd July
Aug     10/11 Aug – 3rd Sept
Sept    7/8 Sept – 1st Oct

3-months paid up front (24 sessions)                    £210
*20 sessions                                                        £185
*10 sessions                                                        £97.50

*these sessions can be used ad-hoc between 29th June – 1st October

Let me explain how the boot camps work again…….

There are 6 sessions every week and ideally you attend 2 sessions per week.  Of course if you are on holiday (whoopee) then you get to use your ad-hoc sessions before you go or after you return (or a bit of both!).

These boot camps are a fabulous way to get you beach-ready and feel gorgeous in your summer gear.
