I’ve got something that will help.....

Hi

Summer seems to be here one minute and gone the next – what’s going on??  So, to cheer you up, I’ve got something that will help.  Read on….

Do you want to make positive changes in your life and health?

I know how it feels when you’re not where you want to be, and when you are definitely not as happy or feeling as “alive” as you know you could be.  It’s not a great place- but I also know this can be changed, and fast.

If you are ready to make these changes, and you really wanted them like-yesterday, then NOW is the time to make some shifts and create some fantastic results. You just have to take the first step.
Imagine what high-level accountability and support could do for you and the goals that you want to achieve.  If you really are serious about making a difference in your health and fitness - then you will want to take advantage of this wildly amazing promo that I am offering specifically for my community (that’s YOU!)

I am ready to support you for one full month and here is what it involves;

5 Personal Coaching Calls
Nutrition & Fitness Assessments
Tips, Tools and Support
Daily Emails & Texts

Can you imagine what that kind of accountability could do for YOU!!!

Take advantage of this - because I am only offering at this rate and for this month....   I am completing my high level certification and require a few more recorded hours - so that's the reason I am able to gift this to you at a ridiculously amazing rate.

One month:  £300

I'd love to offer it to ALL of you - but I only have space for 5 new clients at this rate - so please grab it while you can!

Before I started to teach Pilates I wondered what all the fuss was about.  Seeing people lying on their back, not even drumming up teardrop of sweat and claiming to be getting fit – all seemed like a lot of codswallop to me!

I used to enjoy lifting heavy weights, getting sweaty with dancey aerobic moves and generally letting others see with their eyes just how hard I was working.

When I decided to learn a bit more about Pilates and began to use the method myself I was shocked at just how hard my body was worked when I did it properly.  I quickly became hooked and as you know, the rest is history !!

There are still a lot of sceptics who consider Pilates to be the ‘easy option’ but even if some people do use the less strenuous levels of the exercises, here are just some of the benefits they can enjoy…..

Spine mobility (to move with ease)
Flexibility (so you don’t look stiff and old)
Muscular endurance (speaks for itself)
Great Posture (another ageing condition if its bad)
Decrease (or cessation) of lower back pain
Increase in bone density (warding off osteoporosis)
Core strength (including your deep internal muscles that protect your spine)

Exercise doesn’t get better than this xx
Boot camp is an amazing way to complement your Pilates AND help you to maintain or even lose your weight.

Here is a reminder of how it can help:

Have a fabulous weekend.

Best wishes
