Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certified or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Certified?

An interesting question that some of my students have been asking lately is whether they should spend time studying for the PMP Exam or concentrate on studying for the PMI-ACP® Exam. In response to this question I give one of my favorite answers as an instructor – “Well…. it depends!” You might as well ask me "Should I get a Master’s Degree in Mathematics or Physics?” Or "Should I become a Painter or a Philosopher?"

PM PrepCast Review
"I passed PMP in 2007, when I used to practice Project Management regularly. I moved into Program and Portfolio Management and did not collect the required PDUs yearly - resulting in loss of credential at the end of 2011.

It's almost 10 years and now I am 53; naturally was very skeptic of passing the exam again.

However, the PM PrepCast helped me in practicing and finally passing it again in 1st attempt and yes, I did that quite confidently - courtesy PM PrepCast."

Forum discussion: Change requests & Project Documents

Let's help our forum member, Housam Kerma get some feedback on his work:

"In referring to the PMBOK® Guide
Glossary , change request defined as (a formal proposal to modify any document, deliverable, or baseline) , however there are some documents that need to be regularly updated like (Risk register , Stakeholder register, issue log, Requirement tractability matrix, etc) , my question is : what are the documents included in the above definition?"
