How to prepare for your PMP Exam.

Not everyone is eligible to take the Project Management Institute's exam toward PMP certification. This is the
first of 8 videos in The PM PrepCast's series on preparing for the PMP exam and we begin with a breakdown of the requirements
What Happens First - Change Request or Analyze Change Request?
|
Let's help our forum member answer this question: "I did a practice test this morning and found an inconsistency in answers. The images of the test questions are attached. In question ID 12242 the answer says that the first step in processing any change request is to fully analyze and understand its impact on the project. In question ID 12215 the answer says that even before you review and evaluate the impact of a change, we need a
documented change request to proceed. Which is correct?"

"...I recommend going to the testing center to check it out. I had not gone to a testing center in a while and wanted to calm my anxiety about how long it would take to get there and see the environment I was in. I also did one practice exam per day one week prior to the exam. Some were full exams and others were partial. I definitely increased my study time one month prior to the exam. Since I am a visual person, I also wrote out all
of the phases, processes, and ITTO's and put each phase in a different room in my house. This technique actually helped me visualize the processes during the exam."
