How Are Warranties Handled in the Closing Process?

"I am unclear about closing a procurement or closing a project when the project product has a warranty that the seller must contractually provide. On one hand, the warranty is a supplemental deliverable and a "contractual obligation" which would not have been fulfilled. On the other hand, the product itself would be transferred to the customer and the warranty would appear to be more operational in nature than project. How do we handle this?

"...I’m a visual learner; I need to draw something to understand it properly and be able to explain it to others, that’s why the PMBOK® Guide should be supplemented with some easy-to-understand material ideally with examples such as the PM PrepCast video course. But you still need to read the guide at least twice to get used to the terminology and key concepts.

I’d suggest creating a GAP list for each knowledge area (questions answered incorrectly in the simulator) and focus on GAPs only without overwhelming yourself with the tons of information....."
