Estimate at completion - which to choose?

Let's help our forum member answer this question:
" I am struggling to understand what difference there is between iterative vs incremental life cycles. As far as I understood, both life cycles add extra functionality in iterations. It is mentioned that incremental life cycles deliver the final product after the final iteration only. Does this mean that the customer won't be
able to use the product until the last iteration is over and the project is closed? Does this mean that in the iterative life cycle, the product is finalized and put to the market as early as possible and then features get added to it in an iterative way?"

Student Profile: C. John Tisi, MBA, PMP

"...I recommend that other students do in the last week before they are scheduled to take the exam? Well, continue taking the OSP International's Simulated Examination Questions (well, initially I had taken ONLY
1200 Questions) and had been getting progressively better with the Simulated questions, and I had FAILED in December of 2017. However, continuing to study from January to March 2018, at that point, I had taken the full complement of simulated questions (1600 questions—Sunday, March 18, 2018) and PASSED the examination on following Monday--March 19, 2018!
The IMPORTANT thing here is that I did NOT give up, and now, I am working again applying the
knowledge learned and could not be happier!.."

Lessons Learned: Saima Rizwan, PMP

Lessons learned towards becoming a Project Management Professional (PMP)® shared with us by PM PrepCast student Saima Rizwan, PMP. "I passed PMP Exam not in the first attempt, as if you are doing a job, having three kids and have to manage everything, it's not so easy. You will not believe that i got my exam date only 20 days before the exam and i was going to office. I took off some days.I studied 15 days with average
of 8-10 hours in which minimum 2-3 hours were for simulator exams and ended with getting above 80 percent. I have some highlights of my preparation. 1.Get PMI membership to avail all discounts. and also get project management .com profile. 2. Study The Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) as subject book thoroughly. 3. Study Rita Book as revision of PMBOK®
Guide4. Solve PM PrepCast Simulator questions as much as you can. 5. Have PM wars through networking you will learn to solve even 20 questions in 90 seconds.
