Hi ,
Today's photo, for me, has a beauty, power and majesty, in and of itself. Yesterday we used it for a writing prompt in the writers' group of which I am a member. Unique and powerful writing developed in four minutes.
I would now like you to have the full experience of whatever comes up for you, without the interference of further words from me.

There is a lot of helpful material and Molly's "Integration Coaching Worksheet" to be used in working with her in the Integration Sessions at the end of each of three presentations is powerful and empowering.
