Today's Photos -
Purple lysianthus. I was so thrilled with the pink lysianthus featured last month - Pink Lysianthus - that when they died off I purchased a different bunch. I delight in the fact that these flowers last for two to three weeks in my home.  They provide tremendous pleasure.

This lavender grouping was particularly fascinating to me because of the fact that the stalks had several buds, each a slight variation in color. A few of the very light ones turned into the darker purple as they opened fully.

An assortment is featured above for your pleasure.

Self-Reflecting Queries -

Today's flowers seem to invite looking at the subtleties and gentle areas in your life. The fourth one down feels very silky to me.

Thus the following queries emerged:

What are the textures of your life? Where are they smooth? And, when there are rough patches how do THEY feel?

Note - As I reviewed this issue in my own email box, before sending it, I realized I made assumptions throughout. Mainly were those that you, too would find the images quiet and beautiful.

Underneath this also was the assumption that you, too, would enjoy the colors and respond similarly to the flowers.   It did finally occur to me, before mailing, that, in fact, none of the above might fit for you.

Thus, I invite you to look at your life and check:

Are there areas where your actions are based on the assumption that others with whom you are interacting are on the "same page?" If that's a possibility, I invite you to "play" with this and check it out.

As always, have fun, and please share on the blog what comes up for you.
