Limpkin tending himself at Sunset at Green Cay

Dear ,

The above Limpkin at sunset at Green Cay Wetlands is inviting you on a portion of walk as we see different perspectives of the sky and water. He and I are inviting you to experience the peacefulness of it.

The fourth image is a screen shot of a 1:30 minute video. Click on it and you can hear the birds as you meditate on the gently moving water.

After today's Self-Reflecting Queries, I share information on two programs. One is for those who are interested in Internet Marketing. The second is for women - "Your Truest Self:
Embodying the Woman You Are Meant to Be." If either, or both, feel that they might have relevance for you, be sure to check out the information below the SRQ's.

Lastly, I have a one question query, I'll be sending you in a separate email. I elaborate below on that also.

We're heading into the weekend as I write today, so wishing you a fulfilling one, with some self-care, following the example set by the Limpkin.

Self-Reflecting Queries -
Today's Queries section is short. I noted that the Limpkin in the first photo was spending a lot of time caring for himself.

Now that I think of it, most of the actions of the birds I observe on my Wetlands walks are about tending to themselves - plucking through their feathers, their wings, fishing for food - and tending their young.

So for today, I invite you to consider the different ways you care for yourself. Listing what you do for others is probably easier for some.

One of the big ways I care for myself is with the Nature walks I take as I allow myself to break from other activities. I could start listing other things I do and I'm deciding be kind to myself and leave the rest of today's pondering/writing to you.

Do you remember to make self-care an important part of your life? Do you have a structure to ensure that it happens? Is there a special way you pamper yourself?

I'd love for you to share some of your practices on the blog.

Special Programs I Recommend -
for Internet Marketers - Beginners through Advanced - Twice during the past two years I've attended the live Niche Affiliate Marketing System weekends. For those I haven't, I've followed the audios and am part of the membership community.

I was unable to attend NAMS7 held a few weeks ago and I have invested in the audios and PDFs package. It includes 39 sessions, 45 minutes to 2 hours each, for the unbelievably low, all- inclusive investment of only $77, for a limited period of time.

I've listened to a few and have already picked up some good information I'm already using, especially on WordPress Security. The workshops were broken up on different levels from Beginners to Advanced and you are not limited on the audios. They are ALL included in this package. The presenters are all excellent and some are among the top Internet Marketers, including video marketers, in the industry.

You can get all the information on the presentations and presenters by clicking on NAMS7 There is so much on the page that it may take a few seconds to load. The current price is $97. With the coupon code: audio20off you will save $20.

Note also - There are two buttons on the page. The bottom one also includes a month free, trial membership to MyNAMS Premium Membership site, giving you the opportunity to see and use a lot more that is available on the site.

(Note: This is an affiliate link. I do derive a commission should you purchase the program. And, I only recommend programs I believe in and have used.)

Sacred Journey Course -
My friend Jan Lundy's "Your Truest Self: Embodying the Woman You Are Meant to Be: An Intimate 12-Month Spiritual Journey for Women."

I have not actually taken any courses with Jan AND I have a tremendous regard for the work that she's doing. We have had several phone and email conversations over the past 7 months since the time Jan first invited me to be the guest presenter for one of the weeks of another course that's just completing.

Entitled "Opening to Possibilities: Seeing the World With New Eyes", the week is just completing. I felt privileged to be invited to participate in the course-member-only, private blog for this week. I am in awe of what the participants have experienced and contributed. And I continued to be impressed with Jan as I observed her gentle and insightful and supportive comments, as well as those of the participants.

You can learn more and enjoy Jan's latest blog post, "Eating, Praying, Loving Together" or go straight to the Course Page for a full description of what will be covered during the 12-Month Spiritual Journey, for investment of only $99 total for the year.

Love With No Regrets -
Please watch your email tomorrow. I am putting together "51 Ways to Show Your Love" and inviting you help me out by answering one question:

"What is one thing you do to show love to your spouse, partner or significant other?" You could, if you wish, hit REPLY to this email now, or wait for a link for an email in my next mailing that has the question within it, to make it easier for you.

Thank you in advance for responding and for having followed everything in this issue.

Reader's Comments are welcome -
To post them on the Photography and Transformation blog click on the small word "Comment" at the end of NY post. A window will open, asking for your name, email address that will NOT be published, a URL if you have - Your name will be linked to that - and a box with space for you to "Leave a Reply" will be there to type in your response. Then remember to click on "Submit."

If posting on a blog is not your style, please continue to send your comments directly to me. Learning what you are experiencing means a lot. It is part of the reward, for me, of publishing Picture to Ponder.
