Hi .

What comes up for you when you see the above photo?

On a walk last night, this lock and chain caught my eye.  I photographed it; then started reflecting... wondering if it was a representation for me of being locked in, or was I locked out? Which would be the greater upset?

What about for you? Do you ever find yourself the prisoner of your own thoughts?

We could stay stifled... shut down... or look at the picture/life in new ways... find other interpretations... get caught up in in the rhythm and flow of the chain, the interconnections of the links. The lock is simply the anchor.

Where are the places in your life with such strong connections? What about missing or broken links? Anchors? How do they all fit together?

Can you find the beauty?

Living and Loving with No Regrets.
