"Shifting Perspectives", as you likely are aware, has been one of the underlying themes throughout the history of this newsletter. 

Last week, when I was walking in Green Cay Wetlands where I've taken a lot of the photos you've seen here, I had a huge "aha" around this.  A friend had taken some photos of me posed with my iPhone on a tripod. (A couple are in the video mentioned below.) As I walked away from this fun and positive experience, negative thoughts started hammering my brain.

Listening to myself, then following my 5 "eye-catcher" photos RX, I realized it was more than the act of taking the photos that creates the shift... It's the stories we make-up that go with them!
