Hi, .
The response and enthusiasm of participants in the 1st session of "Finding Joy & Creativity Using Your Phone Camera" was great and inspiring for me. One comment at the end of the session:
"I really enjoyed that, just taking photos for fun and for the sake of it, and no pressure. Usually, I'm taking pictures of me and a friend or something, and I come out looking terrible. This was just taking photos for fun and seeing things differently. So I really enjoyed that." - Jane Wood
The above close-up from a bouquet of Alstroemeria flowers is directing our attention toward your name in the copy here. Is it calling to you? In addition to how we can use photos to direct people's attention, this photo is also one of the examples I used for the various textures, the rhythm and flow of the lines...a sensory experience PLUS the TIP... It's an example of how you can get dramatic imagery at night by using a black background, with lights out, photographing using the flash on your phone!
There were also quick and easy "tricks" to access immediate shifts from the stress and anxiety in today's chaotic and challenging world, no matter where you are.
