I'm up to something folks and need your help.

Ok this may sound weird but I'm looking for a contractor with skills . . .  You know like nunchuck skills, bow hunting skills computer hacking skills!

No this is not Napoleon Dynamite the 2004 comedy.   I'm serious, I'm looking for a real life tradesman who has a unique or funny skill, like the ability to juggle three hammers, or throw a saw blade through a sheet of plywood.

Something crazy that amazes people each and every time.

If you know someone who fits this bill please reply to this newsletter. . . it could be a very fun and rewarding opportunity for them.

I promise no camels will be hurt in what I'm planning to do!

Summers Here - Where Do You Hang?

When entertaining the favorite hangout in my home always seemed to be the kitchen. There seems to be a magnetic pull to the kitchen, especially when my wife is in there entertaining the crowd with her culinary skills and great sense of humor.  A sense of humor, I might add, sometimes at my expense!!

Summertime however is a different story, the polarity switches and the hangout becomes my screened in porch, adjacent patio and pool deck.

Once again Digital Pictures Save The Day:

Several years ago I started taking mid-construction pictures of any remodeling projects I worked on with the intention of creating a digital record for future repairs or remodels.

I used this technique today.   The photo "taped" to the wall is a picture of this wall when I built it and after the plumber installed the water and drain lines.   Viewing this picture allowed me and my client to make an educated decision whether the client could install two recessed vanity mirrors to compliment her new furniture vanity.
