What's new at Concord Carpenter?

 

This week we are gearing up to build a roof top deck.  The old deck was removed and we are replacing the rubber roof first, then we'll address the deck.  
 
Azek has some very cool and innovative rail posts I want to show you.  Not only are they strong but they allow you to install the railing posts without penetrating the rubber roof.

Many homes have irreplaceable ornamental trees, or trees that are a hundred plus years old and are impossible to replace.  Take the time and effort to develop and implement a pre construction tree protection plan when planning construction to avoid destroying or injuring trees and landscaping.
