What's new at Concord Carpenter

Today I am on a plane en-route to Las Vegas to the Bosch Media event at the 2014 World of Concrete. 
 
Bosch is known fort their engineering excellence and we are looking forward to bringing you the latest and greatest in new tool advancements.
 
Some of the Bosch tools we will be looking at are:  power tools, concrete tools, rotary, oscillating tools, accessories, laser and optical leveling and range finding tools.
 

World of Concrete

The World of Concrete event runs this week through Friday and features equipment manufacturers from around the world and exclusive U.S. distributors of equipment, tools, products and services for the commercial construction, concrete and masonry industries.
 
WOC attracts approximately 1,300 exhibitors and occupies more than 500,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor exhibit space.
 
Oh yea, and let's not forget the Makita girls!!   I'm hoping my foot can endure all the walking - should be fun!
 

Paslode 2 Year Promise - Feedback

Last week I mentioned that Paslode was upping the ante with customer service on their lithium-ion cordless tools.  The comments and emails I received on this program  have been amazing! 
 
Lots of contractors and re-modelers feel that Paslode hit a home run.  
 
I have to agree.  When a company is committed to customer service like this, its corporate culture  changes to absorb this new dimension, becoming the driving force causing amazing results to take place. 
 
Every consumer has a problem from time to time and they need help solving problems.   A dedicated customer service program shows customers that the business is dedicated to the customer and their business.  This in turn drives customer loyalty resulting in a win-win.
