What's new at Concord Carpenter

Hi Guys,

That cold weather that came in and blew everyone's pipes apart has left and its going to be 50 degrees tomorrow.  You know what Mark Twain said about New England weather, "if you don't like the weather now, wait a few minutes."

Do you own a business?  Believe in customer service?

To me customer service is delivering as promised, providing value and performing quality workHere are my four goals:

Always be honest
*  Over deliver
*  Communication
*  Strive to improve

Whether your an artist or a craftsman there is always room to improve. Take the time and energy to read, research and learn new, improved techniques, materials and methods.

Always strive to improve and look to industry leaders and see what they do.

I've always tried to share with you the best tools and practices.  Along with that comes time saving techniques, business practices and tips.

I just finished an article on Paslode's new service promise.  I'm convinced that this new practice will be a game changer for Paslode and a lesson we all can learn from.

Paslode took a SUPER SUCKY experience and turned into a cool experience!

Paslode 2 Year Service Promise

The folks at Paslode just upped the ante in customer service, big-time, with the introduction of their NEW Paslode 2 Year Service Promise.

Let's face it, second only to a tool going off line contractors absolutely hate having to bring a tool in for service. It's a sucky experience and the reality is, we blow it off. Many of our broken tools end up on a shelf in the shop and we go buy a new tool.

Why? Because we can't be bothered with the work loss, shop hassle and costs involved with having it repaired. And don't forget the aggravation involved with shipping or driving the tool to the shop, and huge downtime associated afterwards.

Check out how Paslode is changing the tool service game!!
