Each and every morning, I begin my day with the Loving Myself Awake Meditation. This meditation came from combining a practice I learned in 6th grade French class and a yoga practice of sending love and compassion into specific parts of my body that I learned in a Tantra Course. I was able to embrace and embody several practices over the years of exploring spirituality. Grasping threads from these practices and weaving them together enabled me to create the Loving Myself Awake Meditation that I love to share with others.   I have watched this practice change the lives of so many people.
