Thank you for your continual support and love of our Tantra Community. I just returned from Teaching a Certified Tantra Educator Seminar with Tantra Master Charles Muir at Source School of Tantra Yoga.
The transmissions and teachings of Charles Muir continue to be shared with the world through his students and associates. In Reno, Kevin and I will be teaching an Ecstatic Breath Class on September 13th. 

In this class we will explore and experience the power of breath (pranayama) and how breath can be used to transform energy.
 
We will be using the following breaths:
 
Complete Breath— a slow, deep and rhythmic breath used to calm the nervous system, purify the bloodstream, bring awareness to the process of breathing.
 
Alternate Nostril Breathing  (Nadi Sodhana)—this breath brings balance to the two sides of your brain, clears the nadis (channels that run along the base to the spine to the crown of the head), and allows for clarity and calmness.
 
Charging Breath—this breath awakens and brings more energy into the body. It helps to clear the pathways and expel toxins.
 
Blowing Breath—is a cooling and calming breath to be used when energies are amplified and they need to be settled down.
 
Orgasmic Fire Breath—assists in the charging of the energetic body and helps to move sexual energy throughout the body.
 
Join Lisa and Kevin as they guide you in this class of ecstatic breath to awaken to new sensations of transformative breath work.

Complete Breath

1. Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position or in a chair.
2. Straighten your back, align the vertebral column.
3. Inhale slowly through the nose, completely filling up and breathing deeply.
4. Fill the abdomen, lower part of the lungs, expanding the ribs, raise the shoulders, continue to fill the lungs,  relax the shoulders and feel the fullness. 
5. Hold the breath.
6. Exhale slowly through the mouth, contracting the upper lungs, middle lungs, lower lungs and contract the belly. Feel the emptiness. 
7. Hold completely empty for a few moments.
8. Repeat.
