We just got back from paradise.

 

Well, it was the Mohegan Sun's annual 

Winefest Weekend. Elite chefs, elite food,

elite wines.

 

I'll take Diane's word on the wines. They've

always tasted like spoiled grape juice to me.

 

But the sense of abundance...holy frijole!!!

It's hard to top.

 

The funny thing is that I'm running, playing 

with and loving my pals in the T3 Method.

It's all about health and weight loss.

 

So the last thing I should be doing is hanging 

out in an upscale eat and drink fest, right?

 

Well, maybe not!

 

I shot a video on Friday night, after the 

Bourbon Tasting event. Yeah, there was

a bourbon tasting event. It was that kind

of weekend.

Because paradise is pretty much anywhere

But if you stay balanced, playful and 

committed to doing and feeling good...

 

You can indulge in the beautiful things in life...

and still get "checked out" on the street.
