Hello , here we are again and Christmas is nearly here. May I wish you a very happy time and a flourishing New Year!

In this final update of the year I'm not going to say much more than that, and to thank you for your company as we have proceeded through 2017.

It's been a strange year in many ways, what with disasters, upheavals and uncertainty, but let's look forward confidently to better times in 2018!
Personal Life Analysis - finally finished it!
We have pretty much gone through all the questions this year, to see how different aspects of wellbeing can be tweaked to make a big difference to you. 
Here's a reminder of some of the main areas we looked at during the year, 
  • physical and psychological health
  • environment
  • relationships
  • enjoying work
  • money
  • a sense of meaning
  • learning new things
  • doing things for others
  • feeling appreciated
  • beauty and creativity
  • sleep and relaxation
  • a sense of agency and control in life


Are there one or two areas that jump out at you, that you'd like to improve? 

What one thing could you do to make a start?

Sleep and Hygge
Recently I wrote another article for the Life Coach Directory, where I am listed, and since it's so nice at this time of year to cuddle up in front of a nice warm fire and nod off, I thought you might like to read it and see how you can improve your sleep. 

The Danes have all this off to a fine art and they call it Hygge
