Intense but Loose = Relax and Win ?
|
If you watched Tiger Wood's Masters victory last week, you probably heard about the famous 3 words of advice his caddie gave before the opening tee shot. Joe LaCava said to Tiger, "Intense, but loose" which literally translates to play without losing the intensity. Great piece of advice, but I still use the
words of Bud Winter, and that is to " Relax, and Win".

My thoughts on the 2020 Tokyo Olympic timetable: I welcome the 4x400m mixed relays on the opening weekend, but the Men's 400m has a 2 day rest day between SF and finals. The 200m QF, SF, and Finals are sandwiched during those 2 rest days, so are we expecting a 400/200 double next year?
