2/22 - Saturday - LA Marathoners 16 miles or 3 hours, whichever comes first
2/22 - Saturday - Catalina Marathoners 5 hours or 24-26 miles, whichever comes first
2/25 - Tuesday - Mid-Week Run
2/27 - Thursday - Mid-Week Run
2/29 - Saturday - Catalina Runners - 3 hours or 16 miles whichever comes first
2/29 - Saturday - LA Marathon Runners - 1 hour run
3/3 - Tuesday - Mid-Week Run
3/5 - Thursday - LA Marathon Runners - Rest and Taper
3/5 - Thursday - Catalina Runners - Mid-Week Run
3/7 - Saturday - Catalina Runners - Start Your Taper - 1 hour Run
3/7 - Saturday - LA Marathon Runners - Taper - Go To The Expo
3/8 - Sunday - Los Angeles Marathon
3/10 - Tuesday - Catalina Runners - 3 miles with 1.5 miles slow and 1.5 mile a little faster than race pace
3/12 - Thursday - Rest or easy
If you haven't done Catalina before, be sure you've have booked all your boat trips and hotel rooms. Be ready to party when you're done!
