Now that your little 15 month old is highly mobile and no doubt becoming very verbal, you may be starting to notice more "drama" at nap time and bedtime. Don't worry - this is normal! However, it can also be incredibly frustrating. Fortunately, I have an article to share with you today that lays out some of my most popular, tried-and-true limit-setting techniques:

The beauty of this article is that the techniques can be tailored to fit your child's age and development, so be sure to bookmark this page for future reference!

I can't wrap up this email without asking - how's your toddler's sleep going these days? I sincerely hope that everyone in your family is sleeping peacefully! If that's not the case, though, don't forget about our personalized consultation packages, which provide you with one-on-one, customized help from an expert sleep consultant. Your consultant can help you tackle big issues (like constant nighttime waking, or chronic short naps) as well as small ones, like sleep disturbances after an illness, or after after vacation travels.
Next month, I'll share more about dealing with bedtime and nap time tantrums (you'll definitely want to be ready for those!), but until then, good luck to you and your family - and good sleeping!
