Ali Was A Sleep Coaching Skeptic
--But Now She's A Believer!--
|
Ali had already read a ton of books on sleep coaching, as well as all the free info she could find online. She was desperate for answers as to why her daughter, who had been sleeping great until about 4.5 months of age, was suddenly waking all. the.
time. She wanted to solve the problem herself, but all the books and articles she read weren’t enough. But Ali was so, so hesitant to pay for sleep coaching help, and was skeptical that a sleep consulting package could actually work for her situation. Click to learn more about Ali’s story, and to learn what happened after she connected with one of our consultants!

"First of all, we want to THANK YOU for the amazing personalized plan! It's so detailed that every time we met problems, what we needed was just to read it again and got the solutions quickly. It helped us ... through all the difficulties; every time I felt I could not overcome, I told myself 'hang in there! Be consistent!
I am not alone, [you are] there and will help me!'
...I cannot wait to tell how BIG [an] improvement Eva has made! Each nap and bedtime, she falls asleep ON HER OWN without cry[ing] within 10 minutes. Most of time, she sleeps from 7pm to 6:30am during the night without feeding. It is AMAZING, isn't it? 2 months ago, she woke up over 10 times and nursed 3 times.
...You might know how tired I was before I purchased the plan. I spent TWO months on coaching by myself, I read lots of books, articles and websites. None of them worked!!! The difference between yours and mine (professional and amateur) is that you separated all the steps into pieces that helped us focus on one part each
time without overtiring; in addition, you mentioned all the details for each step that were extremely helpful! ...So I tell all my friends and parents I met at baby programs who are struggling with babies sleeping that it is worth [it] to pay for the personalized plan if they cannot go through by themselves. For sure, I highly recommend
www.babysleepsite.com!
We still cannot believe this is true. I suddenly realized that I have more spare time as Eva sleeps better and needs less [of] my help (at first I didn't know what to do haha). Now I can spend more time with my son and my family, on my own things or do nothing but just relax. It is YOU that changed our
life!"

Q: My mini me no longer sleep long hours during the night. She usually slept at 7pm and woke up at 3am for a short check out and go back to sleep then woke up at 9am for feeding but now she is taking little naps at night and sleeps so
little at day than usual. What can l do for her to sleep more at night?
A: You didn't mention the age of your baby, but we sometimes see this type of thing occur during a nap transition. Of course, this also occurs frequently at 4 months with the 4-month sleep regression, which you may want to read about. In general, if a baby is waking very frequently at night, she has sleep associations that need to be changed or eliminated, so she can learn to get through sleep cycles independently. Good luck!

Why Your Baby Wakes Up Crying
What does it mean when your baby or toddler wakes up after a nap, or first thing in the morning, and is wailing miserably? Does she need more sleep? Should you try to put her back down? Or is this just your baby or toddler's
temperament?
7 Tips For Non-Nappers
Today, we're bringing you 7 tips that you can use to help your baby or toddler actually sleep at nap time.

Hello,
Well, it's official - school starts next week for my family! Truthfully, I'm having mixed emotions. On the one hand, I'll be glad to get some daytime peace and quiet during which to work, but on the other hand, I do enjoy having extra time to spend with my boys over the summer!
How do you feel about summer winding down? Are you feeling ready to get back on track with your regular schedule? You know, I often think that we parents consider back-to-school season as a time to start fresh. I sometimes connect with parents who are teachers in my line of work, and many of them tell me they want to work
on their babies' sleep before school starts, so they can start the school year rested. Maybe you feel like it's time to start fresh with your baby's sleep, too. Even if you don't have a school-age kiddo at home, this is the perfect time to start fresh with your baby or toddler's sleep, and to start working on building healthy sleep habits. I urge you to take a fresh approach to your little one's sleep this fall, and to get working on sleep coaching if you've been putting it off. Oh - and don't
forget to contact us for help with that! ;)
I hope reading through our weekly newsletter has helped you realize that you are not alone, and that there is hope, and a light at the end of the tunnel. Forward this to a friend, so they know they're not alone, either!
Until next week,
